The KINGMAS Mini 60x Microscope is a portable simple microscope (Dimensions 2.3 x 1.9 x 0.8 inches) that weighs about 0.6 ounces/30g. The microscope comes with a number of features aimed at enhancing functionalities. 



One of the most important features here is the bright LED light that provides sufficient light for the microscope to be used in different or changing conditions. In addition to the LED light, the microscope comes with adjustable focus that allows for magnification of up to 60x.

The Mini KINGMAS is a neat, little device that is powered by 3(LR1130) batteries. The battery compartment has in place a small switch at the bottom end that allows for lighting to be switched on and off. The microscope tube is only composed of the eyepiece, the adjustable tube for focus as well as the objective lens on the other end.

Once the light (LED) is turned on, the user can adjust the adjustable tube to focus on the object of interest. The 3-position switch allows the user to change from one blue LED illumination to three relatively powerful blight white light of the LED (center switch turns it off).

In addition, the magnifier uses batteries that can be replaced. This is a big advantage in that it doesn't require charging or need electricity when out in the field.

 

  • Magnification - It provides a sharp image that allows it to be effectively used for such purposes as reading serial numbers or getting a magnified view on various objects like jewelry. The magnification works just as described. 

 

 

Cons

 

  • It is made of lower quality materials and therefore can be easily damaged. And the price reflects the quality.
  • It may prove hard to focus for some users.
