NA1.25 Dark field microscope is a trinocular microscope, which means that it
comes with a trinocular head. As such, it provides accommodation for a camera
without the need to remove either of the eyepieces.
Having a trinocular head presents a great benefit in that it allows users the freedom to either view the specimen through the eyepieces or through a monitor thereby making it possible to double check or confirm the investigation. Secondly, a trinocular head allows for sharing.
When more than one person is viewing the specimen, the trinocular head allows more people to view the specimen on the monitor screen at the same time. It also comes with a sliding binocular head, which is easily adjusted by sliding the binocular pair outwards or closer together.
